[astgen, ast I/O] Upgrade to latest cvs version of astgen. Major
updates to astgen generated ast I/O as a result. This is presently
disabled by default, but can be tested using configuration options
noted in ...nodes_util/ASTIO.java. A bit more work on caching of
source locations and other nodes needs to happen before this is even
vaguely competitive.
